Hiya, time for a nourishing bomb, full of veggies and protein…

This time wheat and gluten free pizza with anchovies, but also with salami, parmesan, mushrooms and leaf parsley. The base is made of butternut squash and carrots ( juice taken out, left after pressing them for juice). Such a healthy alternative to the wheat base. My slim line pizzas are great alternatives for those who like wonderful foods which are for example pizzas( I love them!) but at the same time watch their weight!

Anchovies- such an excellent source of protein and at the same time how good for us as they contain sooo many micro- and macronutrients, not saying about the Omega 3 for the healthy heart!

There are so many of them I could tell you about but lets concentrate on the major ones, like calcium, magnesium, phosphorus- those three minerals are very important for the growth and the maintenance of healthy bones; zinc- proper functioning of the immune and digestive system; iron- provides life-giving oxygen to organ systems in our body through the role that iron plays in red blood cell production.

Those little fish contain as well B3 (aids the functioning of the nervous system and the formation of the red blood cells), B6 (helpful in treating problems related to heart and skin; aids in treating emotional disorders), B12 (major role in the function and protection of the nervous system).
