All you have to do is boil some water, add the vinegar, oil and herbs and slowly pour it over the garlic that you have in the jar. Close it tight and turn it over so that the lid draws itself in. Perfect with any dish! It is good to wait at least two weeks before opening the jar so that the cloves get the essence of herbs and apple cider vinegar.
