The worst thing to do in such case is to get depressed and drill deeper into the helplessness you feel at that moment.
Try your best to focus on something you really like doing, like read a book, go for a walk, have your favourite juice or hot chocolate!
Think MY BODY IS MY ENGINE! Fuel it with the right, nourishing foods full of vitamins and minerals!
Play with your kids or pets if you have any! Enjoy it!
